Hosting decided to put up a mini contest for everyone to give their
best shot and write a creative review for us!
So what do you get when we chose your review? Well, for the
person who will write the BEST REVIEW, will get a
FREE one year .INFO domain name of choice, and a
15% discount coupon! And for others who will
write a good review will also win a small token of

Due to the frequent downtimes of Cola Server last month, our company decided to move to a new server–SAMUEL.
Our server, Cola, was in a very toxic load during the past downtimes. This is due to an unknown spammer who sends thousands of emails every minute, making Cola process the data slower than the usual.
Our data center was immediately informed about the problem, and they did a very great job analysis on restoring Cola from the said downtime, though, what they did is just a preliminary solution.
Yesterday, all Jolly Works Hosting clients were moved to Samuel, our new server. Technically, Samuel does not exceed what Cola has. But what is great about our new server, is his new built-in daily, weekly, and monthly backup feature that makes a copy of files you have in your account, and stores it in a reserved disk. So later on, if you accidentally deleted some important files, or lost some because of an unexpected error, you can confidently ask us to restore them back for you!
Though the transfer took longer than expected, and there were IP problems on particular accounts, we are proud to say that the transfer was successfully done. And we are now welcoming all of you to our new server, SAMUEL!
We would like to inform our Partner Websites that the Partner’s Area has been cleaned up due to the re-construction of the rules in partnership/affiliations. Recently, Jolly Works Hosting is accepting website partners even it is a web hosting website. We implemented the thought of “accepting web hosting competitors as our FRIEND”. We can honestly say that we’ve been in a very good partnership with Rosie, and some other more. We indeed enjoyed the friendship. But this time, the company decided to move on and make ourselves independent and unique from other web hosting sites. That’s why as a part of the re-constructed rules, we will no longer accept web hosting websites as our partners. Although we still treat them as our FRIENDS, the difference is just, they will be no loner be endorsed by Jolly Works Hosting. We deeply apologize for this decision but, our minds are already set. We want to move and be mature.
All our web hosting affiliates before can now remove us from their partners list if they wish as well. We will not forget the kindness they showed us throughout this year.

Powered by osTicket Support System, our brand new support page can now receive tickets for support, billing, and general inquiry, far better and more organized than before! No need to sign up, or to register to submit your ticket! Just provide your valid email address, and you’re on way to get support. Plus, you can still view all your support requests the next time you open a new ticket and use the same email that you use! That’s so easy and organized don’t you think?
Also, we have implemented a new ordering system which is manually created by us. Last week, we decided to discontinue using phpCOIN and invest to a more convenient client management tool soon. For now, our latest ordering system will make our customers to feel more comfortable when ordering web hosting plans from us. In our part, we will manually store their details to our software.
